Alex is an experienced Chartered Physiotherapist and has spent more than 17 years across the NHS and private sectors, helping people regain their mobility and independence, recover from surgery, relieve pain and improve function.

Alex has post-graduate sports physiotherapy qualifications and has attended two Commonwealth Games treating athletes across a multitude of sports. She uses manual therapy alongside a host of other treatment modalities to help patients achieve their goals.

Alex has been a keen volleyball player for more than 20 years and now splits her time between work, volleyball and running her two boys to various sports activities.
